Although courier service is not an option due to shipping restrictions associated with prescription medication, RxNorth.com ships using express post. Your medication will be delivered right to your door by your mail carrier.
Currently, on all orders there is a $9.95 shipping and handling charge for shipping anywhere in North America or the Caribbean. If you wish to have your medications shipped outside these areas, RxNorth.com charges $19.95 for shipping and handling.
On average, you can expect to receive your order within 10-14 business days from the time it has been received and processed. Shipments may be delayed in the event of seasonal weather disruptions, high mail volume around the holidays, and any Customs responses. In the event that you have not received your medication within four weeks of ordering, please call us toll-free at 1-888-700-1119 and select Option 2 when prompted. Have your order number handy, and one of our Customer Service Representatives will be pleased to assist you.
Remember, to ensure your supply of prescription medication is never interrupted, we highly recommend you order your medication at least 30 days before your current supply runs out.
We accept international money orders, bank money orders or certified checks, payable to RxNorth.com, if you are submitting your order by mail. If you prefer to use a credit card, we accept both Visa and MasterCard.
RxNorth.com does not bill your credit card until your medication has been dispensed. The pharmacy responsible for filling your order is also responsible for billing you. You will see a charge from RxNorth.com/Mediplan Health on your credit card statement. All charges are in U.S. currency.
